From London: follow M25 than A21 south to Hastings as far as Flimwell. Turn left at the traffic lights on the A268 signposted Hawkhurst. Follow through Hawkhurst to Northiam, then follow the A28 through the village. On leaving Northiam, take the B2068 to the left signposted Rye. After approx 1 mile, you will come to a junction: take the right hand turn on the B2165 signposted Brede and Staplecross. After about half-a-mile, you will see a red post box on your right hand side; turn left opposite, down Watermill Lane. We are the second house on the right.
From Hastings: Take the A21 northwards and after passing Sainsbury's on your left take a right turn onto the A28 towards Tenterden. Follow through Westfield and Broad Oak until you come to a staggered junction with a left fork to Staplecross (B2165); about 50 metres further on there is a right hand turn to Rye on the B2165. Follow this for approx one mile until you see a red post box on the left hand side; turn right here down Watermill Lane. We are the second house on the right.
